The price refers to apartment for 2 people, kit room, bathroom, kitchen and pool entry.
Eatch extra bed € 20 one night, from third to seventh night € 50.
The cost of gas for heating in winter months are excluded.

Villa Rancio makes available to guests a free entry at the pool.
In compliance with the hygiene, guests must have a headset.

It will be possible do check in from 14.00 to 20.00,check out within 10.00(unless agreed with Villa Rancio).
Check out: accomodations must be left before 10, unless agreements with the owners. It is possible to use accomodations for the entire departure day at 50% of the daily cost, unless it is already booked by others customers.
Breakfast(expected for bedrooms) within 9.00 unless agreed with menagement.
It's possible use the service of half board. Dinner: to order in the morning at the breakfast.
At the time of booking it be will required a down payment of 30% of the agreed price, balance at the arrival in site.
